Ingredients:
2 cups long-grain parboiled rice
1 cup tomato stew (blend tomatoes, peppers, and onions)
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 onion, finely chopped
2 teaspoons thyme
2 teaspoons curry powder
2 bay leaves

Instructions:
Rinse the rice and set aside.
